The Psychedelic Facilitator Loan Program is being developed as a long-term financial infrastructure to support psychedelic facilitators in Colorado once appropriate private funding is in place.

Becoming a licensed psychedelic facilitator requires significant upfront investment. Training, supervision, regulatory compliance, and practice development can cost thousands of dollars, often before a facilitator is able to earn income. Historically, affordable and values-aligned financing options for this work have not existed, leaving many facilitators to rely on personal debt, informal support, or to delay or abandon their path altogether.

This program is designed to address that gap, carefully and responsibly.

When launched, the Psychedelic Facilitator Loan Program will offer accessible, non-extractive loans intended to support essential expenses such as training, supervision, and early practice formation. Loan structures will be guided by Inner Guru’s core values of access, trust, and resilience, prioritizing transparency, sustainability, and long-term continuity over speed or scale.

Importantly, this program will not launch until sufficient private donations are secured to responsibly administer, steward, and sustain the lending pool. Our approach recognizes that ethical psychedelic finance requires more than capital alone—it requires governance, accountability, and the capacity to support facilitators over time without compromising care or community trust.

By building this program deliberately, we aim to contribute to a future where psychedelic facilitators are supported with dignity and stability, and where communities across Colorado can rely on consistent, ethical care. This work is not about accelerating growth, but about creating the conditions for psychedelic facilitation to endure.
