Who We Are

Inner Guru Therapy Inc is the first and only nonprofit loan provider for psychedelic facilitators. We were created to solve a barrier too often ignored: the financial impossibilities of becoming or sustaining as a facilitator in this field.

Entry costs are steep, financing is scarce, and most facilitators receive little to no training in building sustainable practices. The result is stress, unsustainable debt, and rising client costs that push care out of reach.

We believe there is another way. That is why we exist.

Through low-interest loans paired with education, Inner Guru equips facilitators with the tools to grow sustainable practices that keep access at the center. This ensures that ancient medicines entering emerging industries are not captured by profit-driven systems only, but instead take root in values from the very beginning.

We chose the name Inner Guru because it reflects where true wisdom resides. In psychedelic traditions, healing is awakened from within. We believe facilitators deserve financial structures that reflect this truth, and resources that allow their inner calling to thrive without being crushed by debt or systemic barriers.

Our imprint is long-term. We are building a financial infrastructure for psychedelics that is based not on extraction, but on relationship. Our goal is to leave a legacy of access: for facilitators, for clients, and for the entire industry.

Inner Guru is more than a lender. We are a partner in expanding access, sustaining facilitators, and ensuring that psychedelic lending grows on a foundation of access, trust, and resilience.

Origin Story

Inner Guru Therapy Inc was founded by Lundi Ramos, a licensed professional counselor and nonprofit entrepreneur whose work has been shaped by one central question: Who gets access to care, and who is quietly excluded?

Early in his career, Lundi experienced the reality of needing therapy he could not afford. That experience did not become a slogan; it became a long-term commitment to building systems that sustain access rather than ration it. Over the past decade, he has founded and led companies designed to remove structural barriers to care, first in mental health, and now in the regulated psychedelic industry.

As Founder and CEO of Kind Therapy Inc, Lundi built Colorado’s largest statewide nonprofit mental health network serving underinsured and historically marginalized communities. Through access-focused design, the organization has delivered more than $8 million in cost savings while expanding care across the state. This work required not only clinical leadership, but deep engagement with legislators, agencies, and cross-sector partners shaping behavioral health policy.

When the regulated psychedelic industry emerged in Colorado, Lundi recognized the same barriers repeating themselves: high entry costs, limited financing, and little structural support for facilitators seeking to build ethical, compliant, and sustainable practices. After years of advocating for nonprofit financing solutions and watching none materialize, he built what was missing.

Inner Guru Therapy Inc is the first nonprofit lender dedicated to psychedelic facilitators who do not qualify for traditional loan programs. Its mission is simple and structural: ensure that access to psychedelics is not determined by personal wealth, but by readiness, integrity, and community need.

In April 2023, Governor Jared Polis appointed Lundi to the Colorado Natural Medicine Advisory Board, where he served a full two-year term as Chairperson, advising the state on the implementation of regulated psychedelic services. His leadership helped ground an emerging industry in principles of equity, access, and long-term sustainability from its foundation.

Inner Guru exists because access should not be an afterthought; it should be included deliberately, responsibly, and from the start.
